Vaillant | Cross-System Product Costing

A phased transformation created a production chain spanning ECC and S/4HANA. The costing approach used RFC data exchange to carry cost information across changing system boundaries and roll it up through successive production stages.

WestLotto | Controlling and Margin Analysis

The controlling model supported contribution margin reporting from several perspectives. Characteristics were derived from internal orders and material numbers. Reporting did not rely on CO-PA settlement postings, allowing weekly views without a preceding monthly settlement run.

Roche | Intercompany Service Allocation

The solution allocated service hours from Mannheim to three companies on a cost-causation basis. A complex interface supported automated cross-company invoices and corresponding postings. My Roche experience also includes subsequent S/4HANA work.

BASF | Global Template and Governance

My work combined Finance and Controlling architecture with governance for worldwide template standards. Further BASF/EXA experience includes Product Costing and Material Ledger architecture.
